The Institute of Applied Physics “Nello Carrara” of the National Research Council (hereafter indicated as CNR-IFAC) is managing CryoRad website.

Navigation data
Computer systems and the applicative elements dedicated to the operation of this website record/register, during their usual performance, several data (the transmission of which is implicit in the use of communication protocols of Internet communication) not associated with directly identifiable users.

What data do we collect?
We will also collect other personal data (name, surname, country, position, organisation, email address) from the CryoRad website services related to research data, database and information gathering for the project aims.

Why do we collect these data?
Subscriptions to the CryoRad website services are collected through suitable on-line forms, where users are requested to provide their personal information and e-mail as mentioned above. Personal data is maintained in CNR-IFAC database and may be modified at any time by subscribers by directly accessing their record upon authentication through CryoRad web pages.

Processing procedures
In the event of an uncontrolled data leak, we are committed to informing anyone affected by the leak and doing all necessary to repair the system as soon as possible. We never share your data with third parties for commercial purposes, and we never share your data outside of the EU. We can share the data just among the members of the Project Consortium if this activity is necessary to reach the goal of the Project.
Security Measures
Your data is processed securely: we use various technologies and security measures to properly protect your data against unauthorised access, use, loss or disclosure. These technologies and measures are tested and adapted at regular intervals where necessary.
Under the GDPR, we only use servers that are internal or located in Europe and that comply with the regulations in force in the European Union since 25 May 2018 (EU) 2016/679.
How will they be utilised?
Your personal data will be utilised exclusively for the objectives declared by CNR-IFAC , and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other area, excluding legal obligations.
Right to update our policies on privacy
We must point out that, in order to have a constant adaptation of the law and indications of the central office of the CNR-IFAC, we are constantly going over, processing and protecting data. Therefore, modifications to our policies may be inspected in any moment whatsoever.
